UK Customers Delivery Costs

Delivery costs of all items are calculated at checkout.

European and International Customers Delivery Costs

We are very happy to ship our items across the world, the method of delivery is dependant on your location, details of which can be found below.

EU delivery is calculated at checkout, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

For the Rest Of The World, in order for us to give the most accurate quote for shipping please add all items you wish to purchase to your bag and send us a screenshot of the contents to studio@katiegarlanddesigns.co.uk so we can provide an exact cost. We are grateful for your patience in this process, due to Brexit we have found this is the most efficient way of shipping your items.

Delivery Partners

Depending on the size & weight of your order, your purchase will be shipped with either Parcel Force or DPD. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch with tracking information.

Returns Information

Unsuitable Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 14 days of receipt at studio@katiegarlanddesigns.co.uk to request a return. Please confirm your name, order number & the reason for the return. Please note all returns must be sent back to us undamaged and unused in a re-saleable condition, with the original packaging. You have 14 working days from confirmation of us accepting your return, to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be sent to our Studio address, we strongly advise using a tracked service with a courier of your choice and retaining proof of postage. Please note that Katie Garland Designs can not be held responsible for the cost of any returns or if your return is lost by a courier.

Faulty Returns

Every order that leaves our studio is thoroughly checked before being packed, however on rare occasions items can become damaged in transit. In these instances, please contact us immediately studio@katiegarlanddesigns.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the situation.  

Exchanges

Due to the nature of seasonal product launches, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please purchase any new items at your leisure and return your original purchase to us, as per our return policy.
